    Description

    This petticoat is made from 2 layers of very full ruffled layers, both layers have lace around the bottom layer. It measures 23-41 inches around the waist, hips full and is 25 1/2 long.
    I am happy to combine shipping and will do so as cheaply as possible, just wait for an invoice before paying.
