    A vintage hoop petticoat, circa 1950's.
    Label - none
    Color - cream
    Fabric - 100% cotton net  - sturdy net, not thin
    Description - cream ribbon waistband w/2 sets of hooks & eyes.  2 hoops on lower section of skirt.  Ruffle at hem.
    Size - small.  Actual measurements - waist 24", hips 34" length 43", hem hoop circumference 84"
    Condition - overall good.  There are a few light spots - but no no rips nor tears - no warping on hoops.
