Old petticoat with broderie anglaise ruffle at hem. Please consider for the ruffle hem, the petticoat itself is in poor condition with missing drawstring, stains, and large
holes/tears

The butterfly theme ruffle is so charming and appears to be done by hand....how is that even possible considering the hours of work that would go into it....Third photo is of the underside and please use zoom feature to see the details even closer. There are a few spots and small holes in the ruffle, but would be perfect for doll clothes. There is a label near the waist that says "Home Made Underwear". The ruffle is 5-1/8" and is 94" around. Unwashed.
