Description

Original Imperial Russian yearly example of dragoon sword model of 1881.  Round stamp Zlatoust Weaponry Factory without eagle and quality control stamps. Handle without tang button like latest models, rather riveted. Approximately made in 1884-1885. Wooden grip with a few tiny cracks. Wooden scabbard covered leather with many small cracks. Shoe scabbard with many dings. Total length is about 36 inches, curved blade only is 29 inches.
