    I had (when this listing was first posted) similar probes from Cascade Microtech. Both new and used. They're 40 GHz models with 100, 125, 150, and 200 um pitches. Check my eBay store or search for Cascade Microtech ACP40GSG or ACP40SG probes on eBay.
