Adorable beige Maidenform 1970s
vintage half slip with a sweet little 9" lace side slit! This is a knock-out of a slip that you will love for years to come.  The elastic is in good condition.  The fabric is soft and silky...just right for under a sheer dress.  The focal point of the slip is triangular lace inset that frames the 9" side slit. The lace continues along the hemline in a delicate scalloped fringe.  This is an exceptional slip that will be your go-to under your sheer skirts or dresses.
This is a beautifully made item as you would expect from a fine maker like Maidenform when made in the U.S.A. was a guarantee of quality and craftsmanship.
Measurements are 26-40"
at the waist, up to 38" at the hip, and the length is 27" from the waist.  There some give to this fabric.  All measurements were taken outside the garment at full extension but without stretch (waist was taken both ways).  The stamped label says, "Something Special - Maidenform - 81411-27" - Size S" on the front and "Made in U.S.A. - All Antron III Nylon - Exclusive of Decoration - 75-HL" with washing instructions and a Union Made label on the back.
