Description

This is a vintage late 1940s, very early 1950s silk rayon slip that is new old stock. It has never been worn. It is in a soft peach/pink color trimmed at the bodice and top of back in beautiful lace along with a matching lace trim at the hem. All the lace trim measures 3" wide. The lace is a cream color with gray and pink running through it. The spaghetti straps are adjustable and are long. The original unwashed, unworn tag is attached at the back, and it reads "38".
The slip is in excellent vintage condition. There is only one issue to point out. There is a light streak of surface soil on the skirt right side. I have photographed it for you so you can see how light it is. No holes or stains or rips or tears.
The measurements of the slip taken laid flat and measured straight across are:
