Vintage Antique Black Slip/Dress Lingerie Undergarments

Up for auction is this Dress or Slip. I really do not know if it’s a dress or a slip. So you can decide. I truly believe you can use it for a dress. It is in excellent condition it’s been sewn by A sewing machine but it is handsewn too. There are no buttons or straps in the back that will have to be added. I believe this material is cotton. It has a lace on the bottom of the dress.
The measurements are
Waist 34 inches
Bust 21 inches
Length of the dress is 35 inches
The half slip or skirt is a silky material but not nylon. It has a waist band but there is no button there you would have to sew on a button.
It is in excellent condition.
