I am not sure how old this is. See all photos
one piece full slip Cotton with lace along the neck, shoulders and bottom - Buttons down the back.
Extra lining along the bottom 11"
about 14" waist from seam to seam flat (estimated 28" circumference )
Skirt from the waist to the bottom is 35"
Double row of lace pithing the 11" lined bottom with a flair on the center back.
It does show some repairs in the past and some stains (which may or may not wash out) and two unpatched small tares on the top - Shown in the photos
