Vintage Saramae Lingerie 1950s 1/2 slip embroidered roses black lace crinoline

Description

For BIN-a vintage retro half slip from the 1950s labeled Saramae Lingerie.  The slip has an elastic waist, a nylon upper and 2 crinoline ruffles embroidered with roses. Then there is a cotton panel with another crinoline ruffle. The ruffles are all trimmed with black lace. Some of the lace on the lower ruffles has fading into a reddish brown color. There is a big black silk bow trimming the top layer of lace in the front. This is an adorable retro party slip. If I was 50 years younger I would wear this as a skirt. Has a wonderful punk look to it. There is no damage or soiling to the fabrics. The only issue is the last 2 layers of black lace that have turned reddish brown but both layers have faded so it looks kinda cool. I love this piece.
