Description
: Up for auction is a vintage 1980s slip skirt by Maidenform. Slip is a pale silver with a striped tone-on-tone pattern that gives it that shine in the photos. It is Antron 3 nylon. Skirt hits at the natural waist and has an uncovered elastic waistband with a silky square cover where elastic meets. It is straight cut, with a dramatic 12”- inverted V slit. Slip is trimmed in 3” of edging lace and falls just above the knee. Tag says slip is sized medium, but it is small so please see measurements.
Condition
: Very good vintage condition. Elastic is stretchy, but has been washed. There are marks in the picture, but I honestly don’t see them with the naked eye. Could be a trick of the camera, but I include it. Truly a lovely and unique Slip skirt.
