    VTG Crinoline Single Layer Petticoat Skirt LIGHT PALE MULTI RAINBOW: FLAT MEASUREMENTS: WAIST 18.5” x 24-25” length
    This was used in a costume store, may need cleaned, some repairs needed, see below for better detailed condition issues , super close up pics so you can determine condition, the waist looks stretched out, I measured what it is now, elastic is easily replaceable, if you have any questions, please ask before buying, thanks for taking a look!
    *** CONDITION, I see the waist is stretched out now, there’s two rips near the top part, and a super small one as well, I think you can either sew or fabric glue to repair it , there’s a couple places that are still attached but the threads are broken, and a very few super tiny stains, this is what I see, thanks!!
