Item can be returned within 14 days after receiving. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
We ONLY accept return items in original packaging that are NEW and never installed or altered, which includes but not limited to No drilling holes and No screw marks. If the buyer returns an used item according to the definition above, we will deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer only a partial refund.
We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.
